My name is Tony A. Allen, and I am honored to serve as the Polemarch of the Fort Myers Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi. Fraternity Incorporated. As I continue this journey as Polemarch, I am deeply humbled by the realization that I am walking in the footsteps of some truly great men of Kappa Alpha Psi. Fraternity Incorporated. Their legacy of leadership, community service, and brotherhood continues to guide us. We remain committed to upholding the values and principles that have been the bedrock of our fraternity since its inception. It is through their example that I find inspiration to continue striving for excellence. Looking ahead, we, The Fort Myers Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, have set ambitious goals for our chapter, and I am excited to share them with you. Our objectives include:

• Forging Strong Community Partnerships: By building meaningful relationships within our community, we aim to extend our reach and amplify our impact, touching more lives and creating lasting change.
• Empowering the Youth of Southwest Florida: We provide programs and resources that empower our young people, ensuring they have tools and opportunities to achieve success in all their endeavors.
• Enhancing Our Local Presence: We will continue to build our brand locally, strengthening our visibility and engagement within the community. We want to be known not just for what we do, but for the values we represent.
• Expanding Our Scholarship Fund: We have proudly given over $100,000 in scholarships to deserving students, and we aim to increase this amount, supporting even more young scholars in their pursuit of higher education. I am particularly enthusiastic about our signature programs, which truly embody our mission and values:
• Shop With A Kappa: This community outreach initiative brings joy and support to deserving families during the holiday season, reminding us all, of the power of generosity and community spirit.
• Guide Right/Kappa League Program: Our mentorship program is dedicated to guiding young men towards academic success and personal development, helping them build strong foundations for their futures.
• Lewis’s “Doc” Carter Golf Invitational: This annual fundraising event not only brings our community together but also supports our scholarship fund, allowing us to continue providing financial aid to deserving students.

• SIDS Awareness and Support: We are committed to supporting young mothers in our community by providing cribs and baby supplies, helping to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and promote safe sleep practices.

• St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital: As part of our national initiative, we support St. Jude through our annual Sunday of Hope, raising funds to fight childhood cancer and sickle cell anemia and provide hope for countless families.
