NOTE: Due to the recently signed Election Reform Bill SB 90, only an immediate family member can request a ballot on behalf of another. Immediate family members have been defined as spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling of the designee or designee’s spouse. A designee who is picking up or returning Vote-By-Mail ballots for another voter now may lawfully possess only their own ballot and those of immediate family members, in addition to two other ballots.
